A beachside food trailer working the Port Orange and Ponce Inlet sand, set up for the whole beach day rather than just lunch. The board runs to all-beef hot dogs, bacon cheeseburgers, a Buffalo chicken melt with shredded chicken and Buffalo ranch, loaded nachos, churros, soft pretzels, a giant pickle and cold drinks. They also keep beach toys and sunscreen on hand, which tells you exactly who the customer is. Casual, quick, and parked where you already are.
