A small firehouse-named brewery on Bayshore Boulevard, just south of the Dunedin Causeway between Dunedin and Palm Harbor. Beer is the point: small-batch and true-to-style, brewed by a team with over a decade behind them, with the tap list turning over often. Cider, seltzer, wine and hemp-derived drinks cover everyone else, and there are food items to go with the pours. The aim is a local cheers-style pub, and the taproom reads exactly that way — neighbours, conversation, no pretence.
