A Kendall storefront named for the owners' two sons, whose personalities became the spoons in the logo. The cooking is Peruvian and sandwich-forward: butifarra, a panceta sandwich, chicharron de cerdo lifted with truffle, set beside causas, crisp empanadas, conchas a la parmesana and the crustless triple. Doors open early, from eight at weekends, so it works for breakfast as readily as dinner, with cocktails and a room set aside for parties. Diners single out the chicharron sandwich and a space that feels genuinely looked after. Traditional Peruvian flavours, handled with a light touch.
