U AND ME REVOLVING HOT POT – Restaurant
Hot pot on a conveyor belt, running noon to midnight every day of the week on South Apopka Vineland Road. You choose a broth - mushroom, spicy, pork bone - then pull what you want off the belt as it passes: shrimp, scallops, clams, crab, fish balls, tofu, thin-sliced meats, greens and noodles, with a sauce bar for building your own dip. All-you-can-eat is the usual move. Boba teas alongside, green tea ice cream at the end. Diners like that nobody hurries them and that the belt does most of the ordering. Best on a cool night, though Orlando rarely obliges.
