Bright pink walls, a self-serve ordering kiosk and roughly eighty flavors of super-premium ice cream on Lake Emma Road. Unicorn Scoops is unapologetically a destination for children and the adults who pretend otherwise. The base is a high-butterfat ice cream brought in from Wisconsin, scooped into cones or built into the Unicorn Horn Sundae, root beer floats, oatshakes and the Unicorn Malt Shake. Vegan, dairy-free, gluten-free and no-sugar-added options are stocked rather than tacked on, and the doors stay open late on weekends. A small shop with an enormous flavor board.
