VAMPIRE PENGUIN – Restaurant

A bright, funky little dessert shop on US-301 in Ellenton where the ice is shaved into snow so light it collapses on the tongue. The flavor board is long and the toppings longer: strawberry cheesecake, coffee toffee, cinnamon crunch, vanilla bean, turtle, cotton candy, plain chocolate, PB and J, all finished with whipped cream. There is a 3D-printed toy vending machine for the kids. Families keep saying the same things: spotless room, a welcome that feels personal, and a treat sweet enough to satisfy without weighing you down. Cold comfort, done right.
