At Town Center at Boca Raton on Glades Road, Venchi keeps a boutique devoted to two Italian obsessions: chocolate and gelato. The house dates to 1878 in Piedmont, and the case shows it — Chocoviar, Cremino, Gianduiotto, bars, spreads, bulk bags — while the gelato is churned fresh each day. Crepes arrive filled from a hazelnut-chocolate fountain, with espresso and hot chocolate to go with them. Piedmont hazelnuts, Bronte pistachio, Sicilian almonds, certified cocoa, no palm oil. It's a shop and a stop, and most people end up doing both.
