Vinny's works out of a unit on Yamato Road building wraps, salads, paninis and quesadillas to order, every one customisable down to the dressing - the buffalo chicken Caesar and the Mediterranean wrap have their own followings, and a bag of chips comes along for the ride. Social media found the place and the lunch rush never really recovered; regulars order ahead and walk past the queue. Loud, fast, and worth the timing. Come hungry, come early.
