Thirty-odd years on South Congress Avenue in Lake Worth Beach, and the formula has not needed changing: wings in a long list of flavours, ordered crispy or not, and a room full of TVs that never feels like a chain. The kitchen goes well beyond chicken with burgers, a Cuban sandwich, a patty melt, fish sandwiches, conch fritters and fried mushrooms, plus salads that vegetarians actually order. Staff are known for working around dietary restrictions without fuss. Diners come back for the sauces and the ease of the place. A neighbourhood fixture, still earning it.
