Wow Wing House on Miramar Street builds its entire identity around jumbo wings and an almost absurd number of ways to sauce them — flame buffalo, spicy Thai, apple jerk, mild BBQ, spicy garlic parm and dozens more besides. Around them sit Jaffna fries with fresh green chili and onion, garlic cajun fries, chilli and onion rings, mozzarella sticks, garlic bread with cheese, bar pizza and burgers. Portions land big and the plating is sharper than a wing joint needs to be. TVs everywhere make Sundays busy. Service can be hit or miss; the wings rarely are.
