Evenings only, from half six until late, a smash-burger operation on South Orange Avenue in Orlando doing Venezuelan-American fusion. Yoe's Burger builds everything on a potato bun with two smashed patties: the Oklahoma Style with fried onions and pickles, the BB Jam with bacon jam and crispy onions, the Fancy Style with swiss, caramelised onions and mushrooms. The Latin end is where it gets interesting. Yoe's Way adds fried cheese and ripe plantain; the Latin Street piles on ham, bacon, cebu cheese and potato sticks. Tequenos on the side. Closed Tuesdays.
