Breakfast-through-dinner Cuban cooking with a serious coffee programme attached, run by one family across Central Florida. The Cubano is the signature sandwich, pressed and unapologetically cheesy, sharing the board with media noche, pan con bistec and ham croquettes. Plates arrive traditional and full: vaca frita, palomilla steak, maduros, frijoles rojos, arroz blanco. Empanadas and chicharrones round it out, and guava-and-cheese pastries leave by the bagful. What comes up again and again from diners is the coffee and the bread. Loud, busy, generous.
