ZAZA CUBAN DINER – Restaurant

A Cuban diner in the true sense — counter coffee, an all-day menu and a room that never quite empties — from a family-run Central Florida group. Mornings run on cortaditos, the Casa egg sandwich and guava-and-cheese pastries. Later it is the Zaza Cubano, media noche and pan con bistec, or a plate of vaca frita with sweet plantains, black beans and white rice.
