Two restaurants share one historic building on East Summerlin Street in downtown Bartow: Zest, the casual bar-and-grill side, and V'Z, the Italian fine-dining room, connected indoors. Zest is where most people land, with a full liquor bar, gourmet burgers including the Summerlin, New England-leaning seafood in the fish and chips and the catfish dinner, shrimp and grits, a ribeye sandwich, loaded kettle chips and desserts made in house.
