A Boca Raton deli on Beracasa Way that cures its own corned beef and pastrami — the detail separating a real deli from a sandwich shop. The Reuben with the two-meat combo is the order to beat, backed by a brisket sandwich, chopped liver, a Coney Island square potato knish and a matzah ball chicken soup that gets named locally among the best around. Coleslaw and potato salad are made in house, the fries come out crisp, and bread pudding closes things. It runs mostly as a takeout counter. Traditional, unshowy, and serious about the meat.
