Zuccaly is the Zucca team's bigger idea: an 8,000-square-foot Italian food hall inside Plaza Coral Gables, seating two hundred across six kitchens with a full bar and its own espresso programme. Corporate chef Manuel Garcia, whose CV runs through Michelin-starred French kitchens, oversees stations for house-made pasta and risotto, wood-fired steaks and fish, salads at Il Giardino, the PortaVia gastro-market deli counter, and Dolci for gelato, tiramisu and bomboloni. LaBiga turns out Roman pizza al taglio on slow-fermented biga dough. Warm Tuscan colour throughout, a weekday two-for-one happy hour, aperitivo whenever you want it.
