This is the one that started it. 3Natives opened on U.S. 1 in Tequesta in 2013 as a single juice bar, and the brand now runs past forty locations, but the original still works the same way: order at the counter, watch it built, walk out in minutes. Acai bowls come in 8oz or 16oz, from The Local to the Nutella Crunch to the dragon-fruit Tequesta Dragon named for this stretch of coast. There are cold-pressed juices, ginger and turmeric shots, made-to-order wraps and salads, avocado toast by eight in the morning. Where the whole thing began, still doing it.
