Doors open at seven on SE Federal Highway, which tells you what this Hobe Sound counter is for: a bowl, a juice, and out before the heat lands. Trading since January 2022, it runs the chain's playbook of organic, fair-trade Sambazon acai blended thick and built to order, in combinations like The Local, the Chronic with kiwi, pineapple and coconut, and the dragon-fruit Tequesta Dragon. Cold-pressed Easy Greens and Lean N' Green handle the virtuous end; wraps, chicken salads, bagels and avocado toast handle lunch. Produce is bought fresh daily, never frozen. Fast, cold, and out the door before nine.
