Take the signature Angus brisket straight, or let the kitchen bury it: the Texas Destroyer piles on onion rings and jalapenos, the Six Shooter puts pulled pork over baked cheese grits, the Messy Pig layers it with slaw. Sides mean fried okra, collard greens, Texas cornbread, and mac and cheese. Then the bakery case: coconut bombs, Texas sheetcake, carrot cake. Vegan burnt ends exist too.
