A family pizzeria off the first exit south of Ocala, running a stone oven since 2008 with homemade dough and sauce and cheese shredded by hand. The pies go from a twelve-inch small to the twenty-eight-inch Jimmy Jumbo, in Bianca, Hawaiian, Supreme and Meat Lovers, with gluten-free crust available. Slices sell by the cut at lunch. There are chicken and meatball parmesan subs, a lamb gyro on pita, baked ziti and lasagna, garlic knots, and a Puerto Rican dessert case of tembleque, tres leches and cheese flan. Portions run large, prices stay fair. You will order more than you planned.
