4TH ST FILLIN STATION – Restaurant

An old gas station in downtown Cocoa Beach, reworked into a gastrobar that starts serving breakfast at 7:30 every morning and pours bottomless mimosas through weekend brunch. The kitchen keeps plant-based and gluten-free options on the board rather than buried in a footnote: birria quesadillas, smoked wahoo fish dip, cauliflower bites, loaded poutine, jerk mahi, and shrimp and grits that took Best Bite at the 2024 Downtown Melbourne Food and Wine Festival. Twenty-six taps, a hundred more beers in package, monster milkshakes and waffle sundaes after. Seating spills into a leafy backyard with a hanging table beneath a century-old oak.
