5TH ELEMENT INDIA KITCHEN – Restaurant

International Speedway Boulevard, and the buffet is the entry point, laid out Friday through Sunday from eleven until three. The rest of the week runs as two shifts, lunch and then dinner from five, which keeps the kitchen sharp. The menu is unusually wide for one room: butter chicken, chicken tikka masala, paneer tikka masala, chicken 65, tandoori plates straight off the skewer, biryanis, lamb and goat, and a South Indian section behind them, all propped up by breads from the oven. Vegan and gluten free orders are handled properly. Diners single out the spicing. Finish with a mango lassi.
