A blue neon number on a smoked glass door is the only signage, tucked into the base of the Second Street canyon downtown. Inside: rotating craft taps from around the world, poured in five-ounce measures so you can build a flight, plus boutique wines and a bottle shop with crowler and growler fills to take home. The food is deliberately bar-shaped, marinated olives, duck fat potatoes, harissa roasted carrots, tinned smoked salmon and sardines, and handhelds like the cold cut banh mi or London broil steak sandwich.
