AARDWOLF BREWING COMPANY – Restaurant

A 1927 ice house on Hendricks Avenue in San Marco, restored and pouring since September 2013. Aardwolf brews across the whole map: Slowking Pils and Little Hans on the lager side, Nonchalant and Southbank carrying the hops, San Marco Sour and Hipster Popsicle among the sours, White Russian and Alvins Coffee Brown at the dark end, plus barrel-aged vintage bottles for the patient. Everything pours in four-ounce measures, so build a flight. The Burrow handles food onsite Tuesday through Saturday, a beer garden takes the dogs, and a lounge window looks straight into the brewhouse. Closed Mondays. Free lot behind.
