Hawaiian barbecue built on long-held family recipes, cooked in Seminole and served counter-style with island portions. The grill work is the draw: huli huli chicken turned and basted until it glazes, ono teriyaki beef, kalbi short ribs and smoky barbecue ribs, all landing over two scoops of rice with macaroni salad on the side. Chicken katsu comes hand-breaded and crisp under house sauce; loco moco stacks a patty, gravy and two fried eggs. Poke bowls, spam musubi, a kids menu and the loaded Big Kahuna combo fill out the gaps. Regulars praise the value, the portions and the genuine warmth.
