An early-opening cafe in the Town Center at Santa Rosa Beach, pouring from six in the morning until three and catching the 30A crowd before the bikes and the beach. Illy espresso anchors the coffee bar, and the signature drinks carry the coast in their names, the Gulf Breeze and the Beach Bonfire among them, alongside hazelnut and vanilla lattes. Pastry runs to chocolate and almond croissants and doughnuts; the kitchen also turns out breakfast burritos and sandwiches. It took over and expanded a former coffee space. Opinions on the food do split; the coffee and the seating rarely disappoint.
