BEACH COW – Restaurant

A walk-up window on the lower pool deck at WaterColor Beach Club, Beach Cow trades burgers and milkshakes to people arriving barefoot off the sand. Order at the counter: a cheeseburger with thousand island on a soft bun, a patty melt with grilled onions and mushrooms, a grilled chicken sandwich stacked with bacon and avocado, corn dogs, a classic dog loaded with sauerkraut and relish. Salads run to feta and watermelon with mint and balsamic. Shakes are made to order, classic or specialty. Open daily, late morning into afternoon, seasonally adjusted. Fast, casual and unbothered, which suits a pool deck.
