A little food truck parked on Airstream Row along 30A, turning out sweet and savoury crepes to order. The sweet side runs Nutella with Chantilly cream, s'mores, chocolate fudge brownie, strawberry shortcake built on lemon pound cake, and a bananas Foster. Savoury goes further than most trucks: Le Classique of egg, ham and Swiss; steak and eggs with shaved ribeye; a Cuban with pulled pork and house-made pickles; pepperoni pizza; a vegetarian with sherried onions and pesto. Gluten-free batter on request. The operator calls its frozen rosé slush the best frosé on 30A, and frozen lemonade follows just behind it.
