Venezuelan street food served from a truck window, fusing Caracas cooking with flavours from across Latin America. The arepas carry the weight: Burda Beef, twelve-hour braised beef with sharp cheddar, sauteed peppers, onions and guasacaca aioli; Rollo and Avocado, chicken confit with pickled purple cabbage and avocado-lime mousse. Corn-flour empanadas come three ways, Smokin Beef, Clucking Chicken or Cheesy Meltdown, with long tequenos alongside. The signature burger stacks Angus, crispy fried cheese, bacon jam and pepper aioli on a brioche herb bun, plantain chips on the side. Cachapas too, and a brandy-laced quesillo finishes the meal. Small operation, serious cooking.
