AROMA INDIAN CUISINE – Restaurant

A Village Boulevard dining room that runs a weekday lunch buffet and a weekend brunch, then unfolds a much longer menu after dark. Aroma Indian works both halves of the subcontinent: samosa chaat and lasooni gobi to open, then chicken 65, machchi koliwada, dosas, biryanis in chicken, lamb, goat or shrimp, Kerala fish curry, dum paneer kalimirch, malai kofta, breads from lachcha paratha to peshawari naan. Jain and no-onion-no-garlic cooking is handled properly, and vegans are genuinely catered for. Diners return for spice levels cooked to order and plates that defeat them. Close with rasmalai and a cold mango lassi.
