AVA MEDITERRAEGEAN – Restaurant

Set in the historic Peacock Garden, AVA brings the Aegean to Coconut Grove as a social house more than a restaurant - long tables, a brick pizza oven, dinner outside under the trees. The Greek spreads land as beetroot hummus, baba ganoush and spicy pepper feta with crispy lavash. Grilled Mykonos octopus, herbed beef keftedes with harissa aioli and halloumi saganaki with pear and jasmine honey lead the mezze. The day's whole fish is shown on ice and chosen at the table. Chilean seabass kakavia, Athenian lobster spaghetti and a truffle pizza follow. Brunch every Saturday and Sunday, dinner nightly.
