Lunch brings the French onion soup burger, a kimchi dog, a pork bacon banh mi and smoked chicken wings, with fries cooked in a beef tallow blend. Seating arrived in a 2026 expansion that turned a pickup counter into somewhere you can sit. Diners consistently praise the quality of the meat. Open mornings into the afternoon, and closed well before dinner.
