BACK BEACH BBQ – Restaurant

Two Lang reverse-flow smokers sit out front on Panama City Beach Parkway, so the oak reaches you before the door does. Danny and Monica Cosenzi opened it in 2017, cooking Texas-style over twelve hours: brisket, Carolina pulled pork, turkey breast, pork jalapeno cheddar sausage, spare ribs, and beef ribs on Fridays and Saturdays until they sell out. The Beach Boss stacks brisket and pork under slaw. Sides are homemade, from brisket Brunswick stew to Carolina collards and red potato salad. Four house sauces include an Alabama white. Breakfast starts at seven with brisket hash tacos. Garage doors keep it open-air.
