BANH MI AND PHO EXPRESS – Restaurant

A three-in-one on St Johns Bluff Road South in Jacksonville, running since 2020: banh mi counter, pho kitchen and boba bar under one roof, with a drive-thru for anyone who would rather not get out of the car. Sandwiches are built on baguettes with butter, pate, house sauce, a choice of meats and cold, crisp vegetables. The beef pho arrives with homemade noodles. Egg rolls and fried fish cakes cover the starters. Pastries come from the same kitchen, alongside matcha and strawberry matcha lattes, fruit teas and iced coffee. Doors open at nine in the morning, seven days a week.
