Tucked inside Bonita Bay Marina, this waterfront room puts the boats right outside the glass and spills onto a deck for people who would rather eat outdoors. Executive Chef Cory Bass, three decades in, keeps the cooking coastal and unfussy — grouper sandwiches, blackened redfish, whatever the Gulf sends in that week — with handcrafted cocktails and a bar-bites list for the afternoon happy hour. It was the first restaurant in Lee County to sign on to the Eat Local Lee initiative, and the local-sourcing habit shows on the plate. Summer hours run Thursday to Saturday. Marina views, no ceremony.
