Tucked into the Big Pine Shopping Center on Key Deer Boulevard, this Keys counter opens at seven and trades on New York-style bagels baked fresh daily and real Cuban coffee. Hot breakfast is a full board of omelets, waffles and French toast, and bagels arrive with a long run of cream cheeses. Lunch is deli work done properly: a Cuban, a grilled Reuben, a BLT, the New York Club, plus chef, Cobb and garden salads. Milkshakes, smoothies and pastries fill the gaps.
