A white tablecloth Italian bistro on Orlando Avenue built around a busy bar, borrowing its manners from New York's Italian American dining rooms. Pasta is made in house: bucatini bolognese, spicy vodka rigate, garganelli diavolo with shrimp, short rib garganelli, and a daily lasagna layered with bolognese and whipped ricotta. Wood fired pizzas run from margherita to vodka and sausage. Secondi bring classic chicken parmesan, veal marsala and a prime New York strip with parmesan risotto. Lunch starts at eleven every day and happy hour follows at three. Diners return for the pasta and the room's unhurried, grown up energy.
