Breakfast starts early and runs to half twelve: fried chicken benedict on buttermilk biscuits, cakes and eggs, French toast stuffed with Nutella and bananas. Lunch and dinner lean coastal and generous, from monster fish and chips and the lobster roll to firecracker shrimp tacos, peel-and-eat shrimp and an Asian dragon salad.
