Bellacino's Pizza and Grinders sits in a plaza on Six Mile Cypress Parkway, and the bread is the giveaway: baked from scratch every morning to a recipe the chain has used since 1959. The grinders are the point. The Italian stacks ham, sausage, salami, mushrooms, onions and green peppers; the Zesty Deli brings capicola and pasta sauce; the Bayou is Cajun-rubbed chicken with onions; there is steak, chicken, meatball, Reuben, taco and a stromboli grinder too.
