Youngstown, Ohio recipes transplanted to a Publix plaza on County Line Road, unchanged since 1957 by the family's own account. The signature is Brier Hill, romano and sauce with sweet, hot or mild peppers, alongside traditional, white, spinach and garden pies sold as pizzette, twelve-inch, sixteen-inch thin or half-sheet, with cauliflower crust available. Audrey's cheesy bread, garlic knots and wings open the card; weekday lunch pairs spaghetti, penne or cavatelli with a meatball and a small salad for under ten dollars. There is a dine-in room here as well as pickup and delivery. Same sauce, six decades on, still working.
