Benedict Modi'in – breakfast_restaurant

Benedict Modi'in sits on Tzalon Street and opens at eight, seven days a week, closing at nine, a whole day given over to the chain's founding idea that breakfast is a cuisine and not an hour. The classic Eggs Benedict lands on toasted brioche under poached eggs and hollandaise, with corned beef, avocado or smoked salmon; the Florentine swaps in bechamel spinach and parmesan. Shakshuka comes with market salad, tahini and challah. There are Israeli and English breakfasts, croque madame, caramelized French toast, Kinder pancakes, a two-hundred-gram burger and salads. Free-range eggs throughout, and the room takes bookings and deliveries.
