BIANCO GELATO – Restaurant

Gelato here is really a matter of sourcing well before showmanship. Bianco Gelato, founded in Miami in 2013 and still husband-and-wife run, works in small batches by the traditional Italian method, using organic, non-GMO ingredients and refusing hydrogenated fats, artificial flavours and chemical colours. Sicilian pistachio, Alba hazelnut and Mediterranean almond turn up in the case beside chocolate, vanilla bean, strawberry, apple pie and wedding cake. Vegan tubs are built on almond, coconut and cashew milk; low-sugar ones use stevia; the whole line is kosher certified. Organic fruit popsicles, cupcakes, roll cake and ice cream cakes round the counter out.
