Bibi's Gourmet Burgers – Restaurant

An Argentine burger house gone kosher, Bibi's works a small room at 9505 Harding Avenue in Surfside and opens for evening service, with a longer Sunday from one o'clock. Patties are wagyu: the four-ounce Founders with ketchup, mustard and chopped onion; Big Bibi's stacking two three-ounce patties with special sauce and pickles; an eight-ounce American Wagyu for the committed. Sweet Fakon adds caramelised onion, fried egg and crispy onions. There is a grilled salmon burger, a Beyond Meat version, same-day guacamole, sweet potato fries and Bibi's own sauce. Short menu, serious beef, no filler. Surfside's downtown strip has earned it.
