Big Mummy's Las Pinas – fast_food_restaurant
The Las Pinas branch sits on Yellowbell Road in Zone 11, one of a dozen or so Big Mummy's kitchens now spread around Metro Manila and the provinces just south of it. The cooking is Indian and Arabic and unfussily priced, built on chef Rishee Gandhi's family recipes: chicken biryani, chicken masala, beef keema, butter paneer, chicken tikka kebab, shawarma plated over rice, hummus with pita, and samosas. Sweets are the traditional ones, with gulab jamun and carrot halwa among them. There is seating here, some of it outdoors. Order a biryani and a shawarma between two, then share both.
