A steak house on Aguirre Avenue in BF Homes, where the cut, the rub, the sauce and the sides are all yours to pick. Canadian butter-aged porterhouse and USDA Choice ribeye come off the grill under garlic butter, with rubs running from plain salt and pepper to Mediterranean or honey-garlic-mustard, and coarsely mashed potatoes or pan-grilled vegetables alongside. Beyond the steaks: gambas al ajillo, bacon bombs with wasabi mayo, creamy pumpkin soup, a tropical salad with mango and feta, baby pork tomahawk, pastas and pizzas. Cocktails and mocktails all day. Portions are built for sharing, which is rather the point.
