Wildflour Restaurant - Alabang – restaurant

Wildflour's Alabang branch brings the Manila bakery-bistro formula to Westgate Center on Commerce Avenue: an open bakery counter up front, a full all-day kitchen behind it, and a room that fills from the 7am opening onward. The pastry case is the draw, with ube kouign-amann, pain au chocolat and butter buns among the regular targets, while the plated side runs from beef tapa and adobo fried rice at breakfast through fried chicken and steaks later on. Diners consistently single out the baking and the coffee. Come early for the croissants; come late for the kitchen.
