BIRRIA KING – Restaurant

A Tampa Bay food truck that treats birria as a whole cuisine rather than a single taco. The kitchen braises low and slow, shreds the meat back into its own broth, then sends it out in every direction: OG quesabirria, an oxtail birria version, a Tapatio birria ramen, a fourteen-inch pizza birria cut into eight slices, a birria burrito and an oxtail empanada. Steak and Baja chicken tacos cover the non-birria crowd, with elote corn cups and loaded fries sitting beside them. It trades Tuesday through to Saturday, from midday until half past midnight, so late orders are genuinely welcome.
