BJ'S ASIAN FUSION – Restaurant

A sushi bar and Asian kitchen on South Pinellas Avenue in Tarpon Springs, working across several traditions at once: Japanese, Chinese, Thai and a full raw bar. The kitchen leans on fresh seafood, fruit and vegetables, and keeps the Japanese side plain and pure. Sashimi dinners, tako sunomono of sliced octopus in ponzu, and fried coconut shrimp. Ramen is the newer addition and now anchors the chef's specials. Order at the table or online for pickup. Open from late morning until ten most days, from noon on Sundays, and dark all day Tuesday - the only closing of the week.
