BONANZAS – Restaurant
Late night in Miami Gardens, the griddle is still going after most kitchens have shut. Bonanzas began in 2016 as Elegant Eatz, a catering hustle that became a food truck, and took this Suite 113 storefront on NW 27th Avenue in 2023. The format is hibachi-style bowls: chicken, steak, shrimp, salmon or lamb chops over rice cooked with onions, peppers and egg, finished with teriyaki and the house Bonanza sauce. Alfredo pastas arrive with garlic toast. Wings come plain, lemon pepper or sweet heat, alongside fully loaded rice and mac and cheese. Red velvet and Oreo cake close it out.
