ICE CREAM HEAVEN – Restaurant

Shannon Thomas, a trained chef, used to bring her children here as customers before she bought the place and reopened it in 2022. The ice cream is made in-house, and the flavour list reads like a Sunday dessert table: banana pudding, red velvet, peach cobbler, triple chocolate. Specialty cakes and mini donuts share the case, with gluten-free and vegan options for anyone who needs them, and the shop doubles as an event space for parties. Thomas hires local Miami Gardens students and gives a share of proceeds back to the neighbourhood. Comfort food, frozen.
